IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

For parties of 5 or more we require a deposit up front of $25 per person through open table.  We will keep the deposit if the reservation is cancelled in less than 24 hours from the reservation date.

DO YOU VALIDATE PARKING?

We offer valet service for $12.  

DO YOU HAVE A HIGH CHAIR OR
BOOSTER SEAT FOR MY CHILD?

J Carver’s is not a dining experience or an environment suitable for children, so if you will require booster seat or high chair, you will need to provide your own.

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!  DO YOU DO ANYTHING SPECIAL?  CAN I BRING CAKE?

A few of our dessert selections are offered complimentary for anniversary or birthday celebrations.  Please inquire with your server.

We will serve a cake purchased elsewhere for a $25 cake service fee.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRIVATE DINING?

Private dining coming January 2023.

HOW LONG SHOULD WE
EXPECT OUR MEAL TO LAST?

Because we are a small venue with limited seating, you may receive a text or call from one of our reservation specialists providing a scheduled time frame designed to ensure there is plenty of time for you and your guests to enjoy all that we have to offer, while allowing future reservations to be seated on time as well. These times range from 2 - 3 hours. If you believe you will need more time, let us know and we will make sure no one is able to book after your reservation!

GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. 
DO YOU HAVE A GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN,
OR VEGAN MENU?

We do not offer a separate menu, but many of our selections can be made gluten free or vegetarian.  We can also accommodate vegan diners, however most of our menu items can not be prepared vegan.

Please alert your server promptly of any dietary restrictions, and allergies and they will take care of the rest.

I HAVE AN AMAZING BOTTLE OF WINE  CAN I BRING IT IN FOR A CORK/BOTTLE FEE?

Unfortunately, it is against TABC law to bring outside wine into a restaurant,
so we cannot accommodate.

DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?

Business casual attire is encouraged, but not required.
We do not allow tank tops, gym shorts or other athletic wear.
